Takeaways
Global Trends Diversity Panel:
A mentor talks with you, a sponsor talks about you
Challenge your assumptions to support others and yourself
Acting with confidence positions you to be ‘front of mind’ when opportunities become available
Top performers should ‘speak up’ and ask for what they want
Takeaways
Lasting Change Panel:
The main characteristics of lasting change are adaptation and luck. Adaptation is the capacity to transformation over and over again in order to be able to “surf with the tide”. Luck is also a key point as there are some tides that cannot be controlled even with adaptation and transformation.
Dynamics for change always consist of a long process of virtuous and vicious cycles; it is not one separate event.
Lasting success in business is the capacity of a company to stay in business and adapt itself.
